I have worked as a Sysadmin, Systems Engineer and Senior Systems Engineer for the past 18 years in medium and large companies. I consider myself a jack of all trades, networking, storage, compute, cloud with a focus in Azure, Windows server and virtualization.

Throughout my career I have noticed a trend. Many internal IT teams are overworked and understaffed, employers lack the budget to add FTE’s or pay large outsource consultant groups.

I formed CastleSight to bridge that gap, I want to offer my time and skills to supplement your team rather than replace them. I am here to offer assistance, whether it's escalating an issue, performing work they cannot dedicate time to, or implementing a new solution.

As someone who has been in your team's shoes, I understand the dynamics of IT teams and the trepidation surrounding outsourcing. This allows me to naturally fit in to a group, build trust and work as a team. Deep down, I really just want to be part of the team working towards a common goal.
